Solve & Serve is a faith-centered small business based in New Hampshire. We make templates, checklists, and planners, and occasionally take on custom requests. Questions about this policy can go to hello@solveandserve.com.

What Information We Collect

  • Email signup: your email address, if you sign up to be notified about new products.

  • Email correspondence: anything you share when you email us, including custom requests.

  • Purchases (when products are available): payments are handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not see or store your card details.

How We Use Your Information
We use it only to:

  • Tell you when new products launch and share occasional updates

  • Respond to your messages and custom requests

  • Keep the website working

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing. Ever.

Where Your Information Is Stored
We use trusted tools to run the business: Squarespace (website and store), Google Workspace (email and signup list storage), and Stripe (payments). Each has its own security protections and privacy policy.

Email Updates
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also unsubscribe any time by emailing us.

How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep your information only as long as we need it to run the business and meet legal obligations. To have your information deleted, email hello@solveandserve.com and we'll do it promptly.

Your Rights
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or stop hearing from us at any time. Just email hello@solveandserve.com.

Children's Privacy
Our website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we'll delete it.
