These Terms of Service govern your use of the Solve & Serve website at solveandserve.com and any products or services you buy from us. By using our website or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.
About Solve & Serve
Solve & Serve is a faith-centered small business based in New Hampshire. We create digital templates, checklists, and planners, and occasionally take on custom requests. We are a registered LLC in the State of New Hampshire.
Digital Products
Our products are digital files, such as templates, planners, and checklists. Nothing is shipped. After purchase, you'll receive a download link on the confirmation page and by email. If you don't receive it, contact us at hello@solveandserve.com and we'll make it right.
License
When you buy a product, you receive a license to use it, not ownership of it. You may:
Use it for yourself, your family, or inside your own business
Edit and customize it for your own use
You may not:
Resell, share, or redistribute the product or any part of it, free or paid
Claim it as your own work
Upload it to any site or platform for others to download
Payment
Prices are shown at checkout. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase and is processed securely by our payment processor. We do not see or store your card details.
Refunds
Because digital products can't be returned, all sales are final. If a file is damaged, doesn't open, or never arrives, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will fix the problem or refund you.
Custom Requests
We occasionally accept custom template requests. Custom work is quoted as a flat fee, paid in full before work begins, and includes one round of revisions. We reserve the right to decline any request that isn't a good fit for us or conflicts with our values.
Not Professional Advice
Our templates and planners are general tools. They are not legal, financial, tax, accounting, or other professional advice. We don't guarantee any particular result from using them. This includes homeschool planners, which do not guarantee compliance with any state or local homeschooling requirements. You are responsible for knowing and meeting the rules that apply to you.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website and in our products, including designs, text, and graphics, is the property of Solve & Serve. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it without written permission, except as allowed by the license above.
Limitation of Liability
We create our products in good faith and with genuine care. However, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire. Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith communication between the parties.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of our website or products after any changes means you accept the updated terms.
