Terms of Service

Effective Date: April 12, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Solve & Serve website at solveandserve.com and any services provided by Solve & Serve. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

About Solve & Serve

Solve & Serve is a faith-centered business support service based in New Hampshire. We provide back-office and administrative support to small business owners. We are a registered LLC in the State of New Hampshire.

Our Services

Solve & Serve offers business support services including customer experience and follow-up support, back office and administrative support, online presence management, and one-time support services. The specific scope of services for each client is outlined in a signed service agreement before any work begins.

We reserve the right to decline any engagement that is not a good fit for our services or that conflicts with our values.

Service Agreements

All ongoing client relationships at Solve & Serve are governed by a signed service agreement. That agreement outlines the specific scope of work, payment terms, confidentiality obligations, and termination procedures. In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Service and a signed service agreement, the service agreement takes precedence.

Payment

Monthly retainer services are prepaid at the start of each month. Payment is due before work begins for that month. One-time services are scoped and priced individually before work begins.

We do not offer refunds for retainer services once the month has begun. Unused time within a retainer period does not roll over to the following month.

Confidentiality

Solve & Serve treats all client information with strict confidentiality. We do not share, sell, or disclose your business information to any third party without your explicit written consent. This obligation continues after our working relationship ends.

Termination

Either party may end an ongoing service relationship with 30 days written notice via email. One-time services are considered complete upon delivery of the agreed work product.

Limitation of Liability

Solve & Serve provides support services in good faith and with genuine care. However, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the fees paid in the month in which the issue arose.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire. Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith communication between the parties.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
