About
I started Solve & Serve because I felt called to.
Nearly 20 years of experience. A heart for people. And a clear sense that the skills I'd been given were meant to be used in service of others.
I've spent nearly two decades working in customer service, administrative support, and operations — inside businesses and alongside them. I know what it looks like when the back office is holding things together. And I know what it looks like when it isn't.
For a long time I did that work inside other people's businesses. And I was good at it. But somewhere along the way I felt a nudge — a clear, quiet sense that those skills weren't just for a job description. They were for something more.
Solve & Serve is that something more. Built on Jesus Christ as my firm foundation, and on a simple belief: that being genuinely, practically useful to someone is one of the most meaningful things I can do with the gifts I've been given.
I'm not here to be impressive. I'm here to be helpful. To show up consistently, handle things well, and make sure the people who entrust their business to me never regret it.
What I Bring
Real skills. Real care. Real follow-through.
Customer service and customer experience — attentiveness, warmth, communication, respect
Administrative support — inbox management, scheduling, document preparation, organization
Technical fluency — Gmail, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and more
Operations and process — seeing where things break down and bringing order to it
Quick response time and reliable follow-through
One thing I want to be clear about.
Solve & Serve is not a virtual assistant service. I'm not a task-doer, a personal assistant, or a customer service agent. I'm here to come alongside you, understand your business, and provide the kind of support that actually makes a difference.
If you want someone who will show up, care about your business, and handle things the way you'd want them handled — that's what I do.
If this sounds like what you’ve been looking for —
I'd love to hear about your business. Send me an email and let's have a real conversation.
